Meet the Team Leading Pickering Into Its Next Chapter

At Pickering Firm, Inc., we know our greatest strength is our people. This month marks a significant milestone in our story as we welcome a new executive leadership team. Effective July 1, 2025, Bob Pitts has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer, Mike Foster is now serving as President, and Curt Craig joins the executive team as Vice President of Business Development.

This transition follows the retirement of longtime CEO Mike Pohlman 🔗, who concluded his 46-year career with the firm in June. His leadership leaves a lasting impact, and we are grateful for the steady, values-based foundation he helped build.

Each member of our new leadership team brings decades of experience, deep institutional knowledge, and a commitment to Pickering’s mission of Service and Good Work.
