Dan Townsend is responsible for the management and supervision of Pickering’s Water Resources team. With experience in the design and management of water and wastewater infrastructure projects for the public and private sectors, Dan’s responsibilities include the preparation of capital improvement plans, feasibility studies, wastewater facilities plans and technical reports.
