Pickering will be providing survey, site design and structural engineering for National College’s third location in Memphis.  The new two-story facility will be built at 2576 Thousand Oaks Cove to house medical and computer training class rooms.  Read more in this recent Daily News article.

The National College project is not the first educational work for Pickering.  Over the years we’ve worked on a number of projects for UT Memphis and UT Martin, including fire alarm system upgrades and HVAC system improvements.  Currently, we are partnering with ANF Architects on a total renovation and expansion of the UT Martin Fine Arts building, which will include a new theater.
